Donnakins accepts returns of items that are “Significantly-Not-As-Described.” If there is any problem with the item(s) you receive, please contact me at Returns@Donnakins.com using the form below and I will make it right! Your satisfaction is my goal. If an item is to be returned, Donnakins will email you a “Return Authorization Number” that must be written on the outside of the package. The item(s) are to be returned in its original packaging and in the same condition as when it was shipped from Donnakins.
Buyer assumes all responsibility to return the item(s) back to Donnakins. Buyer pays shipping fees, insurance, tracking and delivery confirmation, which is to be supplied to Donnakins by email within two days of return shipment.
A refund of the purchase price will be issued through PayPal upon receipt and inspection of returned item(s).
RETURNS MADE WITHOUT PROPER AUTHORIZATION ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND.
